Default B16

I wonde if any1, any1 at all ever install B16 in crx w/o buying motor mount and mod the stock D serie mount. Can that be done??

why bother.... mounts are sorta cheap.... and easily aquired....

save yourself the time and energy and fab work of trying to make something work... when there is already a work around... buy mounts.

Ok so getting the mount from hassport. Here is another question. How and what different/hassel between cable and hydrolic (if i spell it right) tranny? cuz i have GSR tranny.

I'm guessing his English isn't so good, thats all. Don't hate on people trying to learn English.

We just had 50 Saudi Arabian guys move onto our floor. They don't know English very well so it just takes patience, but it's always fun helping those guys in their quest to learn the language.


Anyways to your question, it takes some cutting and welding to get the engine to fit without a kit.

Also, with a Cable transmission, there is a cable hooked up to the transmission, and it pulls a lever which operates the pressure plate. In a Hydraulic transmission system you press the pedal and it sends fluid to a piston which moves the pressure plate. In order to go from one to the other you need to either fab up the stuff yourself or get a conversion kit from, for instance, Hasport.
