The people I picked it up from drove it untill 1994 then they said pretty much put it away until I bought it.
They gave me every reciept for it, I mean like reciepts for things like oil filters.
I have an other one that is red and that has 58,000 on it.
I like them clean, stock and rust free.

congrats on the find...although theres no way in hell i would ever pay that much. If you hang on to it long enough without putting too many miles on it, i guarantee you could double your money.

Re: (red_EF9Si)
I saw it for sale and thought "WOW!". But when i rethought it. Big deal. I'm gonna have to pay $7k+ for a car that my insurance company will only pay me like $3500 if I total it. Plus it has that crazy amp and "2 Fasssst" tag. At least with my car, rust free also, I can pull my motor and sell it if it's ever totaled. In addition, who wants to drive it and put miles on it? I wouldn't, but at the same time, I'd hate to pay all that money for a CRX that I won't be driving. Double edged sword.
Nice car regardless, and easily one of the lowest milage CRX's around. Hope the new owner treats her right.

take more pictures of it! and get that speaker box OUT! i watched that auction from day one. saw it go jump thousands of dollars in hours. even with the crappy pictures in the auction you can still tell this is one of the cleanest crx's in the world.
damn i wanted it so bad, but no way in hell could i afford it. i'd rather import an SiR for that much.

thats what i am saying. 9 grand for a crx? i dont care how many miles it has, with a new motor, suspension and brakes, its like a new car any ways!! just buy one for 1000$ and swap the hell out of it!

some people like to needlessly over pay...those are the ones that buy cars like this one for $9000 and the others like to buy used cars at dealerships....ouch..poor wallets
