Automatic ecu
I have an automatic ef 4 door and i was wounded if i can us a PS9 ecu for a mini me swap
I don't have very much money so I'm gonna do the mpfi first then later do the mini me swap. One other post they were talkin about using a P2P ecu for a automatic mini swap, so can I use the p2p just for the mpfi without the mini me?
I apologize because I know it's a little confusing but any help would be nice
Thanks

Re: Automatic ecu
How will he control his mini me then?
PS9 IS teh A/T version (of a PM6,from 90-91 EX sedans A/T) as stated.(I socket/use them w/ TurboEDIT to control vtec thru the A/T lockup sol circuitry output (A8 @ ECU) or the AC circuitry output (B3).In order for you to later control a mini me's vtec, you'll need to socket/chip the PS9 (or have it done) + use the AC output since you need the A/T... (IF staying OBDO all of this presumes)
IF you have working AC + wish to keep after mini me,then you could use an rpm sw or a VTEC controller as last resort to engage vtec...
Take the time to peruse the FAQ,(@ the top of the forum, duhr) as it covers all of this and more!
