91 sedan auto seatbelt wont retract
hey guys.. my auto seatbelt on passenger side oneday (few years now) deicded not to retract suddenly. I've since pull the fuse from the batt term and manually crank it back to the position, and left it as it for a while now. My driver side function as normal..
Did all the test, motor function, if put in fuse and if open door, it will release (move forward), but when close door, it won't retract..
I read somewhere there's a relay box and thinking it could be it.. but not able to locate this relay box..
any help is appreciated..!

Re: 91 sedan auto seatbelt wont retract
Have you tried adjusting your door striker inward? It may not work for your case since it seems to stay that way, but I noticed on my Civic that when turning left, sometimes the passenger's automatic seatbelt would retract (move forward). It was the centrifugal force of the right door being pulled out slightly during a left turn that opened the switch and allowed the belt to retract. I adjusted the striker so the door would shut more securely and haven't had a problem since.
