91 civic ef cuts out
when i turn my brights on and give it gas my car act like im hitting a rev limit and when i turn them off then my car takes off flip brights again hit rev limit

Do you have stock headlights and stock wiring?
Sounds like you might have installed HIDs and you don't have a fuse installed.
When you turn on the brights, something shorts out and you have major power issues that want to stall your engine.
Do you get any check engine lights? Blown fuses?

i have hids that plug directly into my factory headlight plugs but i had same problem when i had stock head lights. and it acts the same way when i blinker

can you remember if the problem started after you did something to the car?
anything else make this problem happen?
so far - high beams and when ever you use the blinkers.

just those 2 things happen and it only happens when i flour the gas all the way with those on. and i bought the car with the swap and it was like that

i had no idea that it was my cluster gauge the reason y i replaced it was cuz my vss was going out and i noticed that when i have my brights or blinker on and i hit 6000rmp that my car didnt cut out or hit wall. so i have no idea y my cluster gauge caused all that
