Default 91 Civic DX heater problem

its almost winter and i noticed my heater isn't working well. heat is coming out but for Winnipeg its not strong enough, and also when i turn it to level 4 which is max on the heater control the blower fan is causing noises. Is that why my heater isn't strong enough?

There may be debris in the fan. Drop the motor and clean it out.

For the heater, verify that the heater valve on the firewall fully opens when the heat is set to high.

Also try bleeding the cooling system and topping it off with coolant.

The blower motor for the A/C and heater is located behind the glove box. It can be removed (drops down) by removal of three screws.
