i beleive u just have to have the corresponding intermediate shaft on the driver side, correct? Like hydro interm. shaft with hydro axle, vice versa? i dont think passenger side would matter....not sure though.

kinda the same situation im going through now! it says to use 90-93 axles for a 88-91 b16a swap cable trans. but i got 94- up axles which im trying to figure out if they will work .. the guy i bought them from said they will there just newer unlike 90-93 used

the older teg intershaft has a female(in)end and the newer tegs have a male end (out). So this makes the drivers side shaft opposite from older to newer as one slips in and one slips over.

Yes, you will just need the axle seal for tranny on the driver side b/c the axle seal on the hydro tranny has a smaller opening (35mm) and the SK7 Intermediate shaft (DA i-shaft) requires a 40 mm opening.
Just call up Honda (b/c the seal can also be found on 5 sp civics) or acura and ask for this part number 91205-PL3-B01 OIL SEAL (40X56X8
I think its like $10-$15.
You can pop out the old seal with a screwdriver and then just tap the new one flush with a hammer.
