What happens is the bolt and the bushing sleave rust together, pretty much just keep doing what you are doing, heat and get a impact. or get a saws all in there, either way that bushing is fked. good luck.

oh yea i forgot to mention im using an impact wrench on 150psi and is rated to 450 ft-lbs if that matters is that enough??... ill continue trying...i mean its not like i have a choice also whats my option with the sawz-all cause im really considering using that right now but i dont quite understand how i would go about with that one.....cause with my lower control arms and struts i did the same thing and just sliced right trough the bushing....

are you trying to replace the arm? if you cut the arm out with a saw the bolt is still gonna be stuck in the frame, which will be a greater bitch to remove.

just turn the arm so that when you loosen the bolt, it has something to apply opposite force. lots of pb blaster helps too. take the impact and run on it for a good minute, it should break the rust free.

on the ebrake... you have to squeez the tabs and it will pull threw the hub.
on the brake like there should be a clip, once you get that off it should slide right out. a hammer and screw driver usually will do it.
