Default is this worth 300

some guy in town is selling his 96 ex motor/tranny and ecu for 300bucks. the tranny and motor both have 100k miles and are in great condition he says. Is it worth it to put that tranny on my 98 lx. WIll it hold up with a turbo?

My tranny is 164,000 miles young. It drives great, no grinds. Only problem i've had is the $20 input shaft bearing...i'd recommend replacing that just as a general maintenance thing...no need to rebuild a perfectly good tranny. I'd jump on that entire deal...people pay $200 alone for the tranny...so 300 for the whole swap is a STEAL! Do the whole EX swap then turbo
