Re: what are you running for exhaust.....quiet exhaust
Tanabe hyper medallion. End of story. Why spend a **** load of money on a WS2 when its as loud as a stock set up? Thats the conclusion I came to, because all the WS2's i heard didnt have ***** (well the ones with single cams anyway since thats what Im running). Just my 2 cents though
I have a d16z6 and it sounds GREAT at WOT.

I am getting the delsol on saturday. I found that video on youtube.
The exhaust is about 150 less than the WS2

Tanabe = Loud (sans Medalion Touring)
RsR = Loud
Ebay horsesh!t = Loud
Best exhausts on the market are the WSII, Ansa Silverline (OEM manufacturers for Lamborghini and Ferrari) and the Magnaflow system.

Im running a WS2 on my gsr motor with DC headers, and it sounds money (but i drive a 96 cx hatch)
I would say go with the WS2 cause its relatively cheap and it sounds hella nice
If you have more money to spend, look into a tanabe or hks
But whatever you do make sure you check the grade of steel used on the exhaust

+1 for the tanabe. I heard the way it sounds on some other hondas (not a GSR particularly). Quality looks great, and the price is very fair.

i picked up a similar to WS2 discontinued 5Zigen 2 1/2in Axleback from Pandagarage for $150. even with 2 1/2inches its quieter the WS2 in my opinion. my buddy has a full WS2 on his jdm b16 coupe and i think its quieter. sounds almost like a G35 at cruise speed. but that might be just me.

Re: what are you running for exhaust.....quiet exhaust
I just bought a WS2... I bought it based on sound and style.
It's clean, not ricey, not loud at cruise and great quality. I also bought it used. They can be pricey, but of course that is Apexi for you.
I would prefer the NOIR. It is essentially a black WS2, but I found a good deal on the WS2 in the marketplace.
WS2 FTW!!!

For an off the shelf system, WS2 without question. As stated they sound good at higher RPMs and is nice and tame for around town.
My setup however (because I'm cheap) is a 2.5" crush bent system with a resonator and a magnaflow type muffler. The whole thing was made at a local muffler shop. Took about an hour and the whole thing start to finish (yes labor included) was $350. It fits great, and sounds very good. It's louder than a WS2 but quieter than most others. The sound is very deep, not ricey at all. Everyone I know says they can hear me coming a block away, but that it's not annoying at all. I have even gotten compliments from guys who hate import cars.
