OK... stock cables are 6 gauge. but since you are relocating your gonna need a bigger cable (lower gauge) because the change in resistance due to length of the cable.
If you are keeping the same factory location upgrade to 4 gauge.
If you are relocating use 2 or 0 gauge, whatever you have the money for, 0 gauge would be the best but really thick diameter and stiff braid. This would all depend on how/where you are running the cables.
BEST tip for getting cable is go to a welding supply store. they have the best wire and its made for the high AMPs and you can get it custom cut to whatever length you need. they will be able to attach the cable ends on too.

Depend on what you plan on running off the positive terminal of the main battery. The battery is really just to start the car since it needs a massive punch of energy to turn an engine but alternator keeps car on & electricity flowing & charges battery. If you plan on hooking up an amp or subs then yeah you need fuse, if you want to add anything that's not stock & run it off battery than yeah you should add fuse to be safe. Inline fuse within 6-12in of positive terminal. If you're just relocating the battery & running the stock equipment you shouldn't need any fuse.
