i am assuming its give me a rough idle, it vibrates the entire dash. i changed the throttle body and all the sensors and also cleaned iacv and still the same problem occurs.
the line seen that is connected to the regulator and the intake manifold, when it is removed the car idles perfect.
what should i do? remove the line or?

I recommend you touch nothing under your hood if you cannot identify any of the hardware found there. Get some sort of manual for your car. Make use of Google.

its a basic air/vacuum diaphragm that sends unused fuel back to the tank. the rest of what grumblemarc sent you will help you. til you get to the reinstall since its on a truck, not a honda.

the bottom line is the return line to the tank? so then the fuel line that feeds the fuel rail isnt tampered with when installing a FPR ?
