It's a repaint.
Save for contacting the owner, his friends or someone who painted the car, you're probably not going to get a name or color code.
If you like it that much, print the photo out, bring it into your painter and have them use that photo to base your paint job on.
Does anyone know of a thread like this that resulted in a car actually getting painted?

thats the same color is mine, but i dont know what its called i bought it like this, unfortunantly mine wasnt painted as nicely as this one

The car in the OP's post is more green.
Anyway, that's Dagreenek's car and I don't think he'll give you the color information. I guess it's possible, but many people don't like biters.
