Not really. EBP is a lighter shade.
I think it might be Long Beach Blue Pearl. All I know is the same question is often asked about what appears to be a similarly colored 5th gen Civic.

Re: (EJ8freek)
Its called captiva blue pearl I'll link you to my boys. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2381466
B62P
It looks a lil darker than his so it might be Si electron blue. Its a close match though but If they used a dark base coat that might be the reason why its darker.

Unless you know the owner or have seen the info previously posted it's impossible to say what blue it "definately" is.
To the OP:
Where did you get that picture?
Have you tried to hunt down the owner of the car?
Different lighting can skew the color too, so again this is an impossible topic unless we can track down the owner or someone who knows him and the exact color/code.
Having said that IMO it could be Captiva Blue, a stock color offered on the EH2/EH3 hatches here in he US.

BTW good luck getting someone to tell you their color code just so you can in turn "copy" the exact color. I mean I understand there are a million 92-95 hatches running around with every color imaginable already having been done, but some people are weird about that kind of crap.

That's exactly what I did myself after not being happy with my previous 92 Si hatch.
Topic-related I went through a ton of different colors before I finally decided on Vogue Silver Metallic. It was an OE color in Japan for the EG, was offered here in the US on various later model Civics/Integras, etc.
I went through OE Milano Red for easier efforts, different shades of gun metal like Silerstone Metallic, Harvard Blue Pearl, Imola Orange, Midori Green, Championship White, different Golds, etc. etc.
Back then (circa 02) there weren't as many crazy completely resprayed/color changed EGs around so I didn't feel at all like I was taking "someone else's" color. In the end if someone paints his car silver, or even my exact color code silver it's not like I'm going to get mad. There's so many of these cars being rebuilt now literally every color out there has probably been done already.
BTW there is nothing like taking a car down to it's stripped sheet metal chassis and having it base/cleared all over, then reassembling it like one huge 1:1 scale model.
...then again at this point in my life I wouldn't dare do it again.

Well I stripped everything off of it and had the bare shell towed to the body shop. I believe I paid $3,147.00 for the paint/body work, but that included redoing the rear 1/4 panels since the car had some prior not-awesome rear 1/4 panel work when I bought it. The entire job is a base/clear with two coats base, 3 coats clear even on the insides, engine bay, etc.
I'm sure there will be a list of people who say "man that's a rip-off!" or "my boy got his for $500.00 y0!" but this wasn't a "hook-up" job and has a liefetime warranty, and the shop that did it has since done a lot of favors for me (some work for free) and they are still in business some 6 years still. When people do you "favors" and give you a cheap paint job good luck getting mistakes fixed.
