It seems like it needs both to work. What dizzy could we use to swap and try. Its a B16B.

Got it fixed. Found a broken wire in the distribution plug under the intake manifold. It feed 12v to the injectors. The 12v i was reading must have been back fedd through the injector from the ecu. Must have been semi broken and going through the puddle broke it completly.
