Icon6 Swap Issue

I just got done swapping a b20b on to a civic (not my first swap) but i have an issue where when i turn the key on to the ON position the check engine light wont turn on and the fuel pump wont prime. Its like if i had no ECU plugged in. i have tried an OBd2 LS ecu and my own P28 ECU. can anyone guide me into what else i should look at. Also i have even added new grounds just to make sure that wasnt the issue but no go

Did you reconnect the G1 battery, G3 transmission and G101 thermostat ground wires?

So what if they're connected? Do you know how many times someone says that, goes back to check and the problem was their grounds after all?

Make sure the grounding surfaces are clean and not just connected. Take a wire brush or sandpaper to them.

only thing I can think of is something is unplugged or got ripped when you removed or installed the engine. I'm not calling your work sloppy these harness can get brittle after the years happened to me, replaced it with a Rywire one just trace the starter plugs and the wires around the ECU and firewall. 2nd did you say the CEL doesn't come on for a few seconds at pre start up ?

I am not getting power to the terminal of the main relay which feeds the fuel pump (i think its 7) when the key is on the on position.

I found this page to be helpful but it does not tell me what fuses are illustrated on the images http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/mainrelayoperation/

Can any one help me out???

I have checked and rechecked all the fuse on the car both under the dash and under the hood and they are all good.
