Yo what they did to ur car is pretty shady. If they find the guy take a picture and post it everywhere. Flyers, poster, web sites what ever you can to expose these punks. Good luck on the rebirth or ur hatch. Keep ur head up.

I think these guys were out to destroy your car as much as steal the parts. The reason why I say that is cause they didn't take your drivers airbag, and they hacked off the lower rad support, and painted the windows! They didn't even try to miss the windows. If they were just trying to disguise the color and fast they would not have taken the time to evenly spray all the windows!!
I actually had a drivers wheel and bag I would donate if they robbed it!! Good luck!!

liability insurance so this all out of pocket! what sucks is just quit my job at DELL to go to vanderbuilt towork as an IT there but now between me and the lady we have one car doesn't work well lol. but with just a lil more help from some honda-tech people we'll get this going

That really really sucks man... I can't believe they would take the time to paint your ****.
Hopefully you can do some investigation and find out who did it... I would do as was suggested above and call around to the paint stores in your area and ask about large paint purchases... I would also go to all the shops and do some asking around...
The cops won't do **** for you man. There have been numerous threads on here where the cops knew the theives and wouldn't do anything to them
You are going to have to take matters into your own hands!
BTW, if I were you, I wouldn't try to rebuild that bad boy, way too much work and it's going to be a huge PITA to find all those little parts that they stole... just start fresh with something new...

I totally feel you. I used to drive a 97 ex, and this kid jumped on my hood, kicked in my windows and trew my keys...while i was in the car. one of my 'friends' threw a slurpee at his car, and he chased me and one of my friends down in our cars, they (7 of them to our three) boxed us in, did 4k worth of damage to my friends new gti, and 2k to my car. the ****** went to jail and i got it all paid for, so just hope / pray that they'll get the bastards...besides, i put of 25 lbs since then, and i saw him this summer and he ran away like a little girl. hope that makes you feel slightly better.

Man, that was such a clean ride you have my condolences, its like losing a family member..... This hit particularly close to home for me since I recently caught 2 punks trying to slim jim their way into my 98 ex coupe outside of my freinds apartment (bad area, wasnt completely unexpected).
I yelled, they ran (probably because they were severely outnumbered otherwise it may have ended differently
) but one of the idiots tripped and dropped his wallet with $200 cash and his id :D (baggy pants, heh).
Theives need to be shot and pissed on

Man that so blows. I hate theives. People keyed my **** over the summer. Hey I don't have much around here but if you setup a paypal account I'll donate a few bucks to help you pay for the shipping of some of that stuff. Just pm me if you set it up.
