single cam block with twin cam head????

Icon2 single cam block with twin cam head????

is it possible to have a single cam block umm like a d16zc block with a twin cam head???

Anything is possible with enough work, ingenuity, and money. Most of these things aren't practical though. This would be one of those things.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the ZC engine come in single and twin cam flavors? Also re-reading the title of the post-it makes no sense.

For d series it's been done, just not worth the time and machining to be done . Google it you'll find it.

The JDM ZC motors were dual cam, similar to the older d16a6's

no d16a1/a8's which came in 86-89 teggy's. the SOHC zc's were similar to the d16a6, which came in 88-91 hatch/crx si's, 90-91 ex sedans and rt4wd wagons

way to much work man the oil ports and water ports are far from lining up with each other.
