Default should I....B18A..?For $200

I own a 92 civic lx and I have a chance to get a B18A(or b18b) for two hundred smack-a-roo's.
But, not sure if it runs, no trans, axles or, ecu. I mean nothing does anyone know what I will need for this swap? Or maybe a better Question would be, can i use the alternator, distrib, plugs and, what not from my d series on that engine?
Or would it be cheaper for me to just buy a complete swap package altogether at one time?
Rather than piece it together? Thanks for the help.
