Default Sedan, or Coupe

I have a quick question, I found a rather cheap 94 ex sedan with about 165k on it, But Im not sure if I should get it, It's stock. I wanted to know what are the draw backs of getting a sedan as opposed to a coupe.

2 more doors, lol. But I guess everyone's got their own preference on which they want. Some may like sedans and some may like coupes. I prefer coupes, but that's just me.

i'd always prefer a coupe for looks and it just feels more sporty. I don't like transporting other people in the back either.

However,
the sedans you have more room and I don't know if its psychological, but to me the coupe back windows seems to be at less of an incline, meaning that the car feels more "clastrophobic" and a bit harder to see if you're new to driving.

I would say coupe as well. Sedans are heavier. It depends on what u want to do with the car. Show or go

It just depends on what you want and what your plans are with the car.

Than coupes?
Barely, if even at all.

I'd get a coupe. My first civic was a sedan and i regretted it. I figured i'd be content with the sedan but I soon became tired of it because in the back of my mind I knew what I really wanted.

Then while looking for a black EG coupe I stumbled across this instead.

No. Coupes weigh 2231 lbs and sedan weight 2213 lbs. Sedan are LIGHTER and personally I think more unique, but its up to your personal opinion.

how much? is it 5speed? if it is and you don't want it, and if it's really that cheap, i'll take it. not to many 4door ex's that are 5 speed.

I have had a 93 4 door (still have it)
and a 94 ex coupe I just traded for my ls rex - I preferred the coupe for the majority of stuff

4 door is lighter but IMO the coupe you have more options and looks better modded

lol was totally just going to say this. i think front seat wise you have more room in a coupe (if your tall) but 4 doors are kinda pimp too. either way its your choice. i still would say hatch ftw!

I like the sedans. Don't see as much of them as you do the coupes. Also like some have mentioned they are lighter. I have a 93 eg8 and threw a gsr motor in it and love it.

I'm not exactly sure on the numbers, but wouldn't the extra doors on a sedan make it heavier then the coupe. Anyways, face it, it all comes down to how much your willing to pay for insurance and accessability. I find that its a PITA when your driving a coupe and you always have to move to get people in and out. On the other hand insurance on a coupe is more expensive since its consider a sports car where a sedan is consider a family car.
