Default replaced head gasket now car won't start

i replaced the head gasket in my b16 and just finished putting it back together. I did a compression test and all cyl are fine. But now the car wont start. It will turn over like it wants too. I can hear the fuel pump working so i'm pretty sure it's not fuel.
I have an OBD0 and it's giving a "Ignition Output Signal" code other than that i don't know why the car won't start. The distributer was purchase 3 months ago from distributer king so it's still new.

Anyone have any ideas??

OK, you sure you put the timing belt right and the ignition is setup correctly ?
Do you got any sparks ?

definitely low on blinker fluid. but seriously. hold the spark plug wire about a half an inch from its place on the cap, try to start it and look for an arc between the two. if not, i'd have to say timing, check your fuses to be sure, and then once again, the blinker fluid.
