Now iam working on some technical and aesthetics at the cooler sytem, while other jobs going on.

You know my new radiator is skunk2 and the new fan is 25cm mitsİmotho. But they are doesnt conform to each other. because I havent the fan shroud for skunK2 radiator. thats why i did a new fantastic fan shroud for this . :D
I used 3mm aluminum for shroud.
After sanding beautifully, I applied primer paint aluminum than I dry with heat gun.. After painting the main color than, varnish.
baking-drying :D
My paint ovens is : radiator box + heat gun + sanding machine :D
I kept in the oven for 1 hour. than ı put them to freezer ,paint for ossification

Next : A/C Restoration

I did the same colour technics for a/c too

Incredible project!! The quality of the work on the dash and the seats is impressive.
You intend to use an additional radiator, fan and electric pump to cool the compressor?
You are of which region of Turkey? I like this country!! I often go there to holidays (Antalya kemer, Izmir Gumuldur, Bodrum, Ephese, pamukale.... Turkey is my favorite destination lol!

Hmm...If you were to plan on using the Prius ac compressor it looks like it might bolt up with. My concern is the wiring. There seems to be two harnesses running to the compressor.

edit: nvm, its one 3 pin harness.

hey man you put alot of time and work into this project it's shame to see you put the rat nest of oem wires back into this car. I know that you have gone through paint but you still should think about doing an engine bay tuck and shave. That, imo, would set this project off a hell of alot more.

Another poster mentioned that the Mishimoto fans are not that impressive in this post. You might want to get the fan they mentioned, it's seems to be far superior to most fans including OEM.
