Default Quick Question....New To Civics...

hey i was wondering if some eg's come DOHC stock or are they all SOHC??...no criticism needed...thanks guys

i think the JDM ones came with B16

The only true USDM EG with a DOHC engine is the EG2, del Sol VTEC.

The overseas EG6 (hatch) and EG9 (sedan) both came with B16s too, but of course they're not originally sold in the US.

uh, that's not true. USDM Civic SI is dohc.

He's talking about 5th gen USDM Civics.

And in the event we were talking about ALL USDM Civics, you still missed a lot of them (since some, but not all Si trim levels have DOHC engines).
