OBDII diagnostic port pinout?

Does anyone have, or know what the proper pinout is for the OBDII diagnostic port on a 98 civic?

Thanks man, now maybe when I plug it into a code reader it will actually work instead of saying "unable to read vehicle, please check connection and cord".
