Yes, milano red. It was $3000 and they took the car apart. I replaced all the moldings and trim which was about $1000 in addition.

97 EG2 ftw The rarest and most posh. I love the seats and floormats...and A/C and four mudflaps too. Badass!

Nice looking car!

With so low mileage, why did you need a repaint? Stored outdoors?

Awesome car - if I ever owned a Del Sol it would be a VTEC.

Yes, the original owner had it outside most of the time and the plastic parts turned pink and the paint was also showing signs of fade. The car only had two small dimples in the body. The previous owner also gave every service receipt since inception and their Honda dealer should be sued for taking advantage of them. It was way over maintained. Their average service bill was like $200 every six months since 1996. Last year they paid over $1200 to have every belt and hose replaced. I've used this painter several times before on my Audi and have been pleased with the work, plus this paint now has a lifetime warranty. The car is now garaged and won't see more than a couple hourse of sunlight a week since I work from home and live downtown--last year I put under 2000 miles on my cars.

just sold mine which was exactly like yours but a 94. Mine had 250k miles on it and ran like a champ, no grinds no oil burning.

Feels weird to look at your car thinking about mine....

You're going to miss yours. This is my 2nd del sol -- 8 years after I got rid of my first one. I owned a new miata, new Audi a4 cabriolet and a new VW Eos since my first one and they just did not have the same so(u)l.
