my car won't go past 3000 Rpms
I need help
I have a 94 civic d series
I was driving to work yesterday and I've been loosing power and it won't go past 3000 rpms that was on 3 gear and I shift it to 4th gear and it doesn't want to accelerate and I have no power what could it be my transmission is good and my clutch is also new
I have no idea what it could be I need help like asap please if anyone knows what it could be please help me

Now I'm confused haha lets get things straightened out before we go any further. Step one, CEL = Check Engine Light. Step two, the link is in Ron's signature. See where it says "don't guess, troubleshoot" in green? And right under there is says useful tech links,the codes one is what he's talking about. If your CEL light is not on, there are no codes. He's saying make sure it works. Does the CEL light turn on for 2-3 seconds then off when the key is turned right before start up, ON(II)? If so, it is apparently working.
