I've been doing a lot of research lately to try and figure out what kind of trans to put in my 99 civic si. It has around 250hp and i use it mostly on the interstate. I'm thinking about a S80 out of a +94 Integra LS/RS/GS. Basically what I'm looking for is a geared for top speed, hydraulic b series trans with LSD. Any input would be awesome. Also, what model b series trans come with LSD stardard? If you or you know of someone that is selling hit me at 423-298-6531

If you search there is a lot of information on what your asking.

Off the top of my head I think only usdm type r trans comes with lsd.

You can get jdm gsr with stock lsd.

'geared for top speed' would be your stock B16, it will get you up to speed, as quickly as possible, You will be noticably slower with a S80/LS trans, you will just get better mpg.

Also, you are posting this in the wrong forum, you have to post this in the WTB, not tech.
