you need to change your username then. if you want to adjust it there shouls be a little 8mm bolt that adjust the headlights. and why do you want to point it down?

uhhhh... well, if you've changed the angle when you lowered the car (which presumably you did, unless you lowered the back the same amount), then that actually makes sense you can't adjust them up enough. The adjustment system was designed for changes much smaller than you've just made.

So.... I'm just guessing here, but off hand, I'd say your only chance is to get the headlight mount back to the same angle that they were mounted originally. Not sure how you'd do that, for sure, but my guess is that you'll have to either raise the front edge or lower the back edge.

Start by finding someone with a stock Civic of the same year and model. Examine the headlights - ideally, take a level and see if the headlights are level, and if not, figure a way to measure the angle they're set at.

Then go to your car and figure out how to duplicate the same angle. My guess is that you'll either have to raise the front with shims or lower the mounting points in the back. Shims would be easier, but that may screw up your hood seam, so you might wind up preferring the back approach.
