Default How should i get these dents and scratches fixed?

Heres some pictures of what happend after a few small bumps and hits. I took the fender off because im planning to replace it. About what price should I expect if i want an oem paint job for my 98 civic fender?....just one of them. Is there any way to fix it ? or its better off going to a body shop?

Definately a paint and body shop. Unless you're talented in that sort of thing.

Ask yourself, if your car is in need of repair, should you fix it?

Replace the door with a junkyard one and paint it. It'll be cheaper than El Guapo, the bondo guy.

I got a door for a customer's Corolla for $45 with all the door panels and cranks and **** at a local pick-and-pull. Yeah, I had to hike half a mile back to civilization with it on my back while carrying all my tools and dodging weedmonkeys, but it was $45 for a clean *** door. No complaints.

$200 my left nut.

And no, you can't bang that out with a hammer. The inside door skin is in the way, champ You could ask paintless dent repair and it would be WAY cheaper than new paint and a door, but that's assuming they could fix it at all.

Is it me or does it look like that bumper was fixed with bondo and repainted? I would just look for the parts at a pick and pull . You might have to spend some time looking to get both but it is worth it because of the cash ou save

Megaman is my favorite video game character of all time

My little brother (who's 22) is getting me Megaman X anniversary collection for my birthday (I'll be 24 ). I don't play Playstation unless he's home on break, but the blue bomber will always be close to my heart

You don't necessarily need a new door...

Those dents in the door, Drill holes in them and theres a special tool you can use to pull those dents out. When you pull the big part out, there should be a few little dents, fill those with "mud".

For the bumper, i'd replace it. But if you want to try to fix it...

Strip the whole thing of paint, spray it with a few coats of primer, and paint. If you don't have connections, a normal body shop would probably charge you around 1,000$ to do the whole job.

I myself had simalair problems, and fixed those, plus major rust, and repainted my whole car with candy paint, for 350$.

God I love having connections!

Good luck with whatever you decide to do though.

Its a junk yard that lets you go in and pull any parts you want off of the cars. The prices are a lot less then your average junk yard. It only takes time and a lot of looking at crashed cars. I don't know if there are any in your area I am on the east coast. Just google junk yards in your area and see what you find.

The correct way their business is called is: Pick-N-Pull

There should be a website...with all of their locations. Fortunate for me, I have one close by me.

http://www.picknpull.com

Try that.
