Default Headlights not bright

I am having a problem with my headlights. They arent very bright at all. Right now I got the stock headlights with one week old silverstars and Im still having problems seeing street lines and signs. Any ideas on how to make them brighter?

Are the lenses foggy? If not it could also be the aiming of the housing.

Nope the lenses are crystal clear. Already checked the aiming and adjusted it a little which helped some but it just seems like the output is very weak

HID's if you have the money. I use Silverstar Ultras and I am very happy with them. I got them for 25 shipped on ebay. Good luck.

HIDs..i have them on my truck..when i drive my car with silverstars..i cant see anything, hids are defintely worth the money..!!! it something you use everyday on your vehicle, and i avoided a couple of wrecks with deers, because with hids..everything little reflector shows up, i was driving and oncomin traffic, there was a guy wearing a hat, and had a reflector piece around the bill and i saw it, hids are pretty sweet.

If you can't even see streetsigns, then HID's aren't your ultimate answer. Sounds like you've got a wiring issue. It could be your ground, or the harnesses. Might double check everything used to let your headlight function. Check the fuses as well, they may need to be upgraded to account for the new bulbs. Anything is possible when dealing with electrical componenets on a vehicle. HID's are going to just glare onto everyone else, and youre still stuck not seeing.

I had the same issue with my silverstars. I just bought some HID's, and I'm waiting on them in the mail.

You need to replace your fuses for your headlights. I had the similar problem with my 98 Honda Accord. Replaced those now both headlights are bright and working!
