Default Header INSTALL HELP

new questions, scroll down please.

How do i take the o2 sensor off?
1. What tool/wrench do i need for the job?
2. How do i take it off with so limited space?

I am asking because I am in the process of replacing my exhaust manifold with an aftermarket header.

Here are pics:

TIA

un-clip it from the back then take the manifold off...then you can get a bigger wrench on it....a little effort and it will break loose

just take off the manifold and use a wrench... it's really not in there that tight.

There is a special socket that you can buy to take off most o2 censors for hondas.

unplug it and remove the manifold, it's a lot easier taking it off when the manilfold is out of the engine bay

can you unplug it without using the wrench by just straight up pulling it out?

It screws in. You need to turn it counter-clockwise to get it out. Righty tighty lefty loosey.

All my sockets couldnt fit around my o2 sensor. So i used a pipe wrench. Got the thing off in one turn.

who woulda thought that installing a header could be so difficult...

just scrape away the gasket with anything hard and flat, like a paint scraper or something. just make sure you get it all off so the new gasket will seal properly.
