hard vibrating from front wheels!?
ok so most of the time i just figure these things out on my own and just fix my car but ive been up over 24 hours and nothing is processing correctly at the moment, so the car is a 96 hatch with steelies at the moment and the tires still look new, i know i need rotors but no vibrating from them at all under braking, and the cv axles are new as well, so as im driving home the car starts to vibrate horribly after 50 mph (?) any thoughts? the tires are a year old and ive only put maby around 7k on them and have never rotated and balanced them (perhaps that's it?)

It could be a couple of things but the most common problem of a vibration over 60 mph or 50 in your case is a basic tire rebalance which can be done at any local shop.
Now before you go about getting them balanced it is always a safe bet to jack the front end up and put your hands at 3 oclock and 9 oclock on the tires and rock the wheel back and fourth to check if there is any play in tie rods. Next if there is no play there go to 12 oclock and 6 oclock on the wheel and rock it and if there is no play there then the balljoints are good.
You should also check and see if your rims are bent or tires have any type of shifted belts or flat spots that are more noticable at higher speeds
Also you can have a vibration by putting fix a flat liquid or foam inside your tire.

it was the wheels, but last night i hit a armadilo and pulled over to make sure nothing was damaged and nothing seemed to be broken so i drove it to the city since their was a small meet and when i was down shifting i could here something banging againest the fire wall i believe but it doesnt seem to be a drivablilty problem, any thoughts on this? note:monday will be the day i can look at anything on the car since ill be off work
