Default Guys w/CF hoods

Wassup, im just wondering how many of you guys with CF hoods actually cut the holes for washer nozzles or do you just leave em out? I figured the car would look cleaner w/o them but then the winshield gets nasty after a snowstorm

I relocated my nozzles on the lower part of the windshield, works fine!

no nozzles for me either, i just wash my car often then. i was wondering if there was a way to make integra/prelude squirters work..they're flat and go under the edge of the hood...

All new VIS hoods have the holes predrilled, which sucks in my opinion and all Fiber Images come without the holes. Fiber Images

APC doesnt have holes drilled either.

I daily drive my 91 hatch, and I have never used the squirters. If your gonna be in snow, I would say drill or relocate. But if its rain/normal wearther, dont bother.

Just curious what hoodpins have to do with windshield squirter holes.

And how can hoodpins be ricey when they serve a functional purpose (In case the hood latch fails, carbon fiber hoods without hoodpins can pop back at highway speeds and smash the windshield and roof of the car, at the same time blocking vision, which can be a pretty dangerous situation)

Spread the gospel truth.

My c/f d/b was total crap as well...white edging and a fairly large crack underneath.
