If you have to put the project on hold do it, but save up man. You never know what could happen down the line, plus even though jobless rate has dropped you might have a hard time finding another job so yeah try to keep this one. Just don't think its chill and start slacking, get your day to day task done and then chill.

Big *** bump! The car lives! Car fired up, but not without its issues. My stock single cam ecu couldnt start the car,so I decided to use the aftermarket ECU that my brother got me and turns out the car started up just fine. I now have to put the coolant in and bleed the system out but I think the car should be good to go. but I just found out that the the holes. The transmission bolt up to is stripped out so I have to go to some type of hardware store or order online to get time inserts so if anyone knows the sizes for the bolts I would appreciate it I know its 17 millimeter but I do not know the thread pitch. so I won't actually be able to drive the car until I get those but I know that the car starts up just fine and I'm happy that is not locking. I was running at maybe 40 to 50 psi of oil pressure and I think it's within the limits sorry for the punctuation or lack of punctuation I'm using the voice feature on my phone because it is too much to text. I will upload a video via YouTube and I will posted in the link or in the thread thank you for looking out on my thread!

Transmission to Block Bolts are (3) M12 x 1.25 x 70mm , (2) M12 x 1.25 x 65mm
Stiffener to Trans Bolts are M12 x 1.25 x 50mm and M12 x 1.25 x 35mm
Front Trans Mount to Trans are M12 x 64mm and should also be 1.25

ALSO, this

Its safe to say that Honda likely stuck with the general JIS thread pitch for use in its aluminum engine assemblies (metric "fine" thread for M12 is 1.25)

If anyone actually knows better than my 15 minutes of google, by all means educate us.

The head of the bolt is not the size. Get yourself a digital caliper or a caliper so you can measure this stuff.

You might ask if a machine shop can do the timesert for you. If they have the tool it could be only labor and a small piece.

I know what the pitch is already. And id hate to take the motor back out to lug all the way to the machine shop. Besides, i dont mind spending the money to learn a new thing lol.

Going to upload that video tomorrow. Theres a weird sound going on, and i have no clue what it could be. Maybe one of you ***** can tell me what it sounds like. It kind of sounds like coolant splushing around? Keep an eye for the video.

Lol... Anywayzzz, big update:

Got my time sert kit:

i ordered m12x1.5 instead of 12x1.25 lol...Wasnt hard to do, but i did mess up the bottom tranny hole. Had to bore it out some . Heres the first one..
everything is back to where it should be. Im still waiting for the bolts to come from my local hardware shop. Should be here by monday. Im excited. Engine update. Im leaking oil from cyl 1 and 4, could be that the rings arent seated fully yet, and i think all my water/coolant has been burnt off. Doing a full test on monday, before i pull the car out, and break the motor in.. lets see how that goes!!
