Awesome story! Glad you still have the car. I was unfortunate though and lost my first Si almost 5 years ago.
Theives have even attempted on my wife's 96 Accord twice. Thank goodness we do not live in downtown Atlanta anymore.
Time for you to get a pager alarm and extra security.

I flew to Tallahassee last week for my job. They provided me hotel, food, rental, etc. I was there Monday-Friday. Well I had a 2009 red ford mustang as a rental. I always parked the car dead in front of my hotel room window. At 5:42AM exactly, the mustang's alarm goes off, waking everyone in almost every hotel room. The mustang uses the horn as the siren, so it's VERY VERY loud.
As soon as I got up and ran to my hotel window (in my boxers, half asleep) I saw a guy jump into the back seat of another car (get-away car) then they sped the hell off. The guy somehow got my mustang's door open. Upon opening the door they set the alarm off. There was little to no damage on the door lock. Good thing my job/company pays for full insurance on the car.
So these damn bastards were trying to steal my mustang rental even though the damn car has a "red flashing key" indicating security! These were real idiots, knowing that I'm only about 10 feet from the hotel door.

They were definitely found guilty though, right?
Oswaldo is 24 and Omar is 19 or visa versa? Maybe we can manage to find more information on them.
Your first post makes it sound like they were planning to keep the Civic. What a poor idea.

If it's a daily driver then there's still a very high chance they would have seen it.
