Re: f23 into D16?
THAT,, particular variant is VTEC over your non-VTEC engine. It is the JDM equivilant to the D16z6.
You are a student dude,, read this thread,, https://honda-tech.com/forums/suspension-brakes-54/oem-sway-bar-options-3109548/ save your money for a later date when you have more cash to blow on frivilous things. Just buy a bar and some urethane bushings and have fun, for yourself, in the corners.
Any way you toss it,,, speed costs money, no way around it. Go fast, get a ticket. It cost you money. Spend it on go-fast parts, it costs you more money. You want to go 8 seconds, buy a motorcycle and leathers,, it will cost you far less money then building a "right" car for that.

Yeah Cookie, that makes a lot of sense. Going to school isn't going to be cheap. I'd rather have an education than a faster civic.

Now you're making right decisions. You signed up for school for a reason. Keep your focus on that,, graduate from school, obtain your goals in life and obtain what others might not be able to making better money because of your higher education . Then, you can buy whatever you want or dump however much more money you want into your car and not even think twice. And who knows by then, as things go, you might just want something a little more reflective of your then current lifestyle. Until then, enjoy your good gas mileage.
