SVP got 211 at the wheels with...

Stock Bottom End
Milled head (dont know specs)
Skunk2 Stage 3 cam (i think stage 3)
Skunk2 Cam gears
AEM Coild Air Intake
MSD 6aL ignition system

Dont know if 211 was pulled with a Hytek drag header, or JDM 4-1 (open)

-100 shot of NOS will probably take you to 275 HP to the wheels...
-NOS is only $650, so there you go.... GG

-if you are trying to get 200 whp with any motor, go for a h22
-my previous civic made 187 whp all motor, the head and block was stock... just had the regular: I, H, E, vtec controller, and re-programmed ecu...
-if you get the head done I am pretty sure you can reach the 200 mark

hone...its kind of dumb how you say your starting with a ITR swap but people suggest you to get an h22...that resets the scenario, but not if you bore your ITR...

er, get a turbo.

200 at the wheels isnt that easy. In a B18C5... I'd go with FI to get those numbers. You cant always go with what 1 guy said or what 1 guy pulled on a dyno. Its meaningless.
One guy can get 160HP at the wheels with a stock B16A2, and you'll have 10,000 others that will get 140-145HP. Its just inconsistant as every motor is individually different from one another. IMO.. if I wanted to get 200 at the wheels with a b18c5.. I'd rebuild it with PCT pistons and a JUN stage 3 package. Add Hondata and lots of tuning and that should put you close to 200 at the wheels.

Get a good set of cams, I/H/E ,some dyno tuning, Cam gears, port and polish the head, and a bigger throttle body. That should get you pretty close.

Your friend should take it to another tuner, people have made higher than that with less mods.

Here are a few links that have very impressive dyno charts with the included mods listed.
