Re: custom civic grill
Aint gonna lie it looks fine man. Im glad u're happy with it. I mean u got the doors going up..it's not alot of our styles but overall the body of the car still has a nice stock look to it, know what i mean. I like it. iT WOULD PROBABLY look even better if you moved the civic over to the left or right kinda like how the Si one is.

Re: custom civic grill
I actually like the grill. Looks good IMO.
::EDIT::
NM, it's MISSING the grill. Thought the radiator fins were the grill. Ok, don't like it any more.

That picture is all over the internet.
Anyway, your car doesn't have to be fully riced out to be ricey. Your car is kinda ricey, that car is just more ricey.
18" rims and lambo doors do not belong on your Civic.
On the up side, contrary to some other members here, I like your seats. My only complaint is the gap between the seat and the backrest on the rear seats. I wonder what can be done about that. I think the color looks fine, it matches the top half of your interior.

But yeah i can't really tell what i think from those pics, I am not a fan of the lambo doors but as long as they are done right i don't have a problem. As far as the 18's that is just insanity. Get some 15's and slam it.
Also I am not sure why you can see body paint in between the top and bottom of the back seat but fix that it looks bad that was the first thing that caught my eye although i do like those seats. With a little tlc this car could turn out great it looks clean.
To all the cali boys: we all don't live in cali ie. we all don't have to worry about getting our cars stolen...as much as you. although this is coming from a guy who recently posted a thread about some guys scoping out my car lol

Re: custom civic grill
There are several reasons:
1) Because you're wheels are too big.
2) This is a 92-2000 technical forum and you're posting what should be in the appearance forum.
3) You have lambo doors, so you look like a tool getting out of your $3,500 car with doors influenced from a $300,000 car.
4) Because you did a DIY grill project and it looks like ***.
