With the amount of work he has into the project - and his fab abilities - I'm going to guess nothing short of a multi-car pileup squishing the car between 2 trucks would be unfixable for this guy. This car also looks bullet proof, only weak links are the aluminum control arms... As for time slips, I cant imagine it being much worse than a Z06. It has the same advantage of all other C5's (suspension), and I'd guess the lower gear traction loss is equal to what the weight difference benifit. He obviously knows his way around RWD.
BTW, how many times WAS this thread locked/deleted/edited so far? Cause I was the first to petition 'Grandpa' when he swung his axe.

How about this: i think it is what certain people in the R&B/Rap industry say. "I make it rain" Nothings worse in my book than taking a statement thats not 100% cleancut/concise and pulling the race/stereotype card. People like that should have to write the definition to the word "INFERENCE" till their arm falls off, or at least their weenee goes limp.

seriously though, that is one sick *** build, i saw pick of it on other sites but didn't really appreciate it until I saw the build process and how much work went into it. You didn't swap a motor......you basically fabbed a new car altogether......much props to you.
