my car does not start when the weather is hot out like mid-day but it starts when it is cold out like early morning or at night. what is the problem?

check your main relay, do a search(the one in red at the top) for main relay look for one with your year make and model to find the location and how to check it. for example on the 92-95 it is under the dash on the drivers side, good luck

The main relay is really crap and under hot weather the contact solders can melt, causing this problem. I had this happen to me a few times, sometimes it'll come back to life when it cools, but I've already changed the relay a couple of times. This one has been good for a couple of months now, they're usually easy to pick up at a junk yard.

my buddy had this prob in his integra so often he kept a spare one in the fridge at his work so he could start his car in the afternoon in the summertime

is it really worth gettin a main relay for a SALVAGED 93 CIVIC DX 4 DOOR AUTO? haha jp i put up a post for my limiter problem, sum dude said check ur oil
