Default Can you adjust your brake pedal height?

In addition to my bleeding topic, i am positive there is no air in my brakes now, i have bled them 4 times, and my brake pedal still has to go down about 2 inches to stop. It never had to go down this far before when i had my old rotors and brake pads in. (I just took it to a shop today too, and they said everything is fine, no leaks, brakes look good front/back...they said to just keep bleeding it to bring the pedal up, but it isn't coming up...any help would be appreciated...

Im 99% sure you cannot adjust pedal height, only pedal to master cylinder pushrod can be adjusted...
The calipers were never removed right? It really SOUNDS like air in the system, but none should have ever been introduced if you only did pads and rotors...

Also, have you "broken in" the new pads and rotors? They can feel mushy sometimes if they havent bedded in together...
