Default Can I replace the plastic parts under my car?

I ordered a cold air intake a while ago and I returned it, when I installed the intake I had to cut a hole in the plastic part in the wheel well to install the filter on the front of the intake (the directions told me to)

Now I have a hole in my wheel well. I mean it's not a HUGE deal because you cant see it unless you look under the car, but I would also like to replace everything to give it that "like new" look because it's very dirty and greasy under there as well.

I basically want to replace the plastic under all my wheel well's and under my bumpers.

the fenderliners and splash guard?

you can order them new at the dealer, or try and find some in good condition at a junkyard.
