does anyone know if rear drum brake pads off of an ek will fit onto an eg?

you mean shoes if you're talking about rear drums...I believe they are compatible on one another.

cool. idk mine are actin funky though. sometimes, they'll grind loud as **** like i need new ones. but at other times, they dont make any noise at all. any suggestions? i think a rock or something might just be stuck in there or something, idk

You may also just need a brake service... the tolerences are super tiny on hondas and sometimes all it takes is a little rust on the disc or drums to cause that wonderfull screeching sound when you brake.
