The electrical has been checked, it's not exposed. The intake system is stock. Many ppl have short ram and cold air intakes, I never heard of any of them having these types of issues before...I had them in my old cars and never had any problems.

I think your asking what are common PROBLEMS to the symptoms "...runs like **** and bogs, only in rainy conditions".
Pull the distributor cap and rotor and check for moisture, check in and around spark plug wires for moisture aswell.
