i'd start by looking into an ecu with dataloging capabilities (hondata/aem) and bumping up your compression a bit with some p30 pistons (jdm b16) at least. they'll bump your compression up to about 11.2 and you'd actually be able to use those high lift cams for good instead of retarding your timing just to tune them to a basically stock engine and all together losing power. just my 2cents...
