I am swapping a B18b into my 93 cx. I tried searching but couldnt find what I was looking for. What all parts can I use off of my d15 to swap onto my B18 if any. I know I have to get a new tranny and axles but I was wondering if I could use the same starter or alternator to save some money. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think you can use those, you need b series alt and starter

what about the tps on that d series? could I use that on my b series throttle body?

i dont want to say for sure but i think u might be able to use your tb. i know u can use your spark plug wires for sure.

Can you really? I was going to buy new plugs/wires for my SOHC, but I was looking through a summit magazine and they had wires for almost every different motor. B16, B18, D16.

I was just going to use the new wires on the D16, then pull them off and throw them on the B18 when it got swapped in.

A for-sure as to weather or not you can use same wires would be great.

Along with things you CAN salvage, I think you can use your upper tranny mount. At least that's what I've heard. I know you will need to axles, tranny, ecu, B-series engine mounts.

well my friend was running d16 wires on his gsr so they work

I can use all the stock EG engine mounts but there is one that has to be a acura integra engine mount. I think it might be the transmission mount.

Some people say that you can use the stock engine mounts from your D-series but you can't I did my B18B swap into my 93 CX last weekend... I love it. It is so much better than that D15B8. Hit me up if you got any questions. The only reason why I could help you out is because I did this same swap in the same car last weekend and it is still fresh in my memory .
