B16A2 injectors wont fire
i recently bought a full b16a2 swap for my 95 civic hatch. the engine wont start. i am getting spark. the injectors are all wired correctly, it cranks but wont start. it starts on starter fluid. the injectors are not firing. they are getting fuel from the fuel rail but wont fire. when i took the fuel rail off they didnt fire, but right after i cranked it they all fired at once. i have no idea what is wrong with it so please help!

with the key in the on position, unclip one of the injector connectors and check for voltage at the connect with a test light

The injectors work by grounding the power, so if you have power to the yellow wires, check the red, blue, yellow and the other wire back to the ecu.
Are you sure the fuel pump is coming on? It's common for the main relay to fail and not turn the fuel pump on. Or the Q101 (thermostat housing) ground can get corroded and cause issues.

Remove the passenger kick panel to see what ECU you have.
If you have an OBD1 ECU, check whether ECU connector terminals A23, A24, A26, and B2 have continuity to body ground.
The timing for firing of both spark and injectors requires the CKP sensor, but this is not the problem if you have spark.

Why not mention relevant information like swapping in a known good ECU in the first post? Any other important information that you have omitted?
What color wires are in injector plugs 1-4?
Are the injector ground wires properly pinned to the ECU?

i tested ecu grounds to the battery all tested 11.77 volts. and i get spark, i got the colors of wires and mine are all correct. i have checked the ecu pinning and they are all correct.

Re: B16A2 injectors wont fire
Grounds are typically tested for resistance or continuity to body ground. How did you use voltage to test all of the ECU ground wires?
If you want help, then provide detailed information. What color are the injector wires and where do they pin to the ECU?

Re: B16A2 injectors wont fire
volt meter one in to each spot you said in the harness. other directly to battery ground. read 0 ohms
connector 1
injector 1. pin 1
injector 2. pin 3
injector 3. pin 5
injector 4. pin 2
Where do these wires pin to the ECU?

0 Ohms is an unusually low reading. What Ohm scale was your multimeter set on? What Ohm reading do you get if you use the frame under the dash as ground in these tests?
