B16 surges at 1200 to 1800 rpm
Ok so im having a little issue with my Civic. The car has a b16 motor and tranny, and GSR head and GSR intake manifold. The problem im having is that the car idles fine. Then when I put it in gear and start to drive from about 1200 to 1800 the car surges... after I pass 2000 rpm's the car drives just fine. So I dont think its a vac leak or it would do it all the time. Has anyone had this problem or know what would be the best way to resolve this issue? Thanks for your help in advance.

Re: B16 surges at 1200 to 1800 rpm
Well the motor just got put back together. So new spark plugs, oil, all that stuff. I just checked and It looks like the check engine light is on. The Car is not registered so I cant take it to Auto zone to have it checked. And its been 8 years since I have done the whole jumper wire thing so im not sure I would be able to do it correctly. Any ideas on where to start?
