any changing fuel filter howto's online?
On my journey to hunt this bad throttle response down. Anybody know any online tutorials on changing fuel filters? I couldn't find any on the archive.

Get some paper towels or rags and wear gloves because it can get messy and your hands will smell like fuel for a long time. I'd leave a rag right underneath the fuel filter when taking it off. Take the fuel cap off to relieve pressure. Loosen and remove the nut on the top (this one can be really night and could take a while to get off. Then loosen and remove the nut underneath the filter. By now fuel has probably been spilling everywhere around the fuel lines. Take the nuts off the bracket that holds the filter to the firewall and remove the filter and replace it with the new one. Now go inr everse order and use the new washers that came with the filter if you got any. Oh yeah don't forget to put the gas cap back on

and be smart when working with your fuel system. the ricer kid across the street from my buddy caught the engine bay of his eclipse gs-t on fire when he thought it was ok to smoke while working on his fuel filter. if he had died, i would've contacted the darwin awards people. geez.

A good idea would be to pull the pump fuse then start the car to get rid of the gas in the lines.
Well, that works on 240sx's, i dont see why it wouldnt work on hondas
ps. dont blow up
