95 civic, nothing lights up, cranks very little
Car: 95 civic dx hatch automatic.
While driving the car the car died and tried to start it back up and its a no go. When the key is put in the ignition the beeping for the door being opened does sound however when the key is turned nothing lights up on the cluster. The car cranks 2 or 3 times and then nothing it just stops cranking. I plan on checking the battery and fuses as well. Just wanted to know if there are things I should look into with these symptoms happening or possible solutions. Thanks.

Check the battery as you said, especially the clamps to make sure they didn't come loose while driving cuz that's some dangerous shat there!

If the battery is good, check that the alternator didn't crap out on ya, causing the battery to drain and die.
Should be one of those two things.

+2 on a bad alternator. try jumping it and see if it starts if so and it dies again over time its a bad alternator

After doing some trouble shooting the problem turned out to be the ignition switch. Thanks to everyone for their input Much appreciated.
